Ollie!

Hi!

 Today I decided to do a post about my sisters pig, Ollie! When we first got Ollie we had to feed her with a bottle, and she basically took over our schoolhouse. Now she has gotten really big! Her birthday was in June, she turned one year old!

Garden

We have a garden in our yard! We have been getting alot of squash, tomatoes, and cucumbers! Soon the corn will be ready to pick! I don't really enjoy planting or picking (once I tried to water the garden and it did not go well...), but here are some pictures!

  This is a simple salad that my mom makes....

1.Cut up some tomatoes and cucumbers

2. Add a little salt, pepper, onion powder and a little sugar.

3. Toss with your favorite Italian dressing (we like Olive Garden dressing)

Blackberries grow behind our garden!

Easy to make this!

1. Combine 1 c sugar, 1 cup self rising flour, 1 cup milk

2. Bring to a boil about 2 cups berries, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 c. butter

Pour berries in a baking dish and then slowly pour flour mixture over it

Bake @375 until golden brown and bubbly

Fishing

Yesterday was my sisters birthday! We went to the movies and watched How to Train Your Dragon 2 after we went fishing and ate at Shoney's for breakfast. The place where we went to fish was really pretty!

My youngest sister caught this fish!

I drew this while they fished. I'm gonna write a book about her. I still don't know what her name should be though...

4th of July!

Happy 4th of July!!

Today we have been riding go karts and swimming alot! I can't wait to watch fireworks tonight. Me and my sisters made these banners for today :)

My sisters made this flag with lots of glitter! They used mod podge (which they made by mixing liquid glue with some water) to get the glitter to stick.
